The role bridges Project Engineer and Project Manager responsibilities, including jobsite safety, quality control, production tracking, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, subcontractor coordination, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3–7+ years of heavy civil construction experience, knowledge of DOT specifications and safety standards, and a valid driver’s license.
