Ragle Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Project Engineer in Houston, Texas, to support and coordinate heavy civil construction projects across the HTX area. The role bridges Project Engineer and Project Manager responsibilities, including jobsite safety, quality control, production tracking, quantity takeoffs, cost and budgeting support, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, subcontractor coordination, meetings, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3–7+ years of heavy civil construction experience, knowledge of DOT specifications and safety standards, and a valid driver’s license; Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, or Primavera experience and an EIT or working PE are preferred. The position offers a $95,000–$110,000 DOE salary, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits, with outdoor work, travel, and possible night or weekend schedules.
