Description
Takeda is hiring a Senior Project Engineer in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, to lead and execute complex CAPEX and OPEX engineering projects, including process and manufacturing systems. The role manages project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, procurement, resources, and communications; leads cross-functional teams of more than 10 members; develops engineering deliverables; and mentors less experienced engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of engineering or technical project management experience, and experience leading cross-functional teams and capital project execution. The position is full time, may require occasional off-shift or weekend work and travel of up to 25–50%, and offers a U.S. base salary range of $89,900 to $141,240.
