Description
ABB is hiring a hybrid Electrical Project Engineer to act as a design authority for low- to medium-complexity engineering disciplines. The role plans and executes projects, develops requirements and specifications for engineering applications, troubleshoots systems, enhances electrical CAD tools, and trains users. It supports Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mexico and North America, with possible evening and weekend work for production issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics, at least five years of electrical project engineering and rules-based systems experience, knowledge of electrical CAD and low- or medium-voltage motor control centers, SQL and general programming skills, and advanced English.
