Description
The Senior Packaging Project Engineer leads the full lifecycle of packaging equipment capital projects, from business-case development and technical design through installation, commissioning, validation, and startup. The role serves as the technical lead for Freedom to Operate and packaging-sustainability initiatives, coordinates with R&D, procurement, site operations, and other business functions, manages contractors and OEMs, and delivers projects on scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow. The position requires an engineering degree, at least seven years of comparable experience, substantial capital-project experience, and 25–50% travel, with a base salary of USD 108,160–148,720 and medical and dental benefits.
