Description
The Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager leads large and complex capital investment projects for Roofing Systems, managing projects from feasibility and business case through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and close-out. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and external engineering firms; develops schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk plans; reviews mechanical and electrical controls designs; and ensures safety, environmental, quality, and operational readiness. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience, and five years of project engineering, project management, or leadership experience, with heavy travel of 30%–60% and proximity to an RS plant location.
