Description
LRE is hiring a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects from preconstruction through commercial operations. The role manages construction, commissioning, budgeting, risk, safety, commercial performance, contractor relationships, stakeholder engagement, and project closeout while leading and developing a team of project managers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and 6+ years managing complex construction organizations and project teams. The position requires up to 50% travel, site visits, and full-time United States work authorization; employer visa sponsorship is not available.
