Accela is hiring a full-time Professional Services Delivery Manager to own the delivery of large and complex government software implementations. The role manages project planning, budgets, cross-functional teams, risks, go-live readiness, customer relationships, and business development, while using Jira, Confluence, and other project-management tools. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading COTS or platform-based implementations for Tier-1 government clients and projects of $1M+ budget and 12+ months duration, along with a technical degree and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a $140,000-$160,000 annual base salary, a discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits, and is marked remote.
