The role manages project planning, safety, contracts, budgets, costs, stakeholder and client communication, and project teams, while also mentoring employees and supporting new business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field and at least eight years of experience managing industrial construction project teams, along with proficiency in project management software and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
