Capstone Copper is hiring a Senior Project Manager to manage medium- to large-scale capital and operating projects at its Pinto Valley open-pit copper mine. The role covers project planning and engineering, contractor and bid management, budgets, contracts, procurement, cost controls, documentation, compliance, and coordination with mine, processing, maintenance, quality, and other departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering and 10 years of experience managing large civil mining projects, along with strong technical, communication, and project-management skills.
