Description
The Sr. HVAC Project Manager leads HVAC project teams through analysis, planning, scheduling, installation, testing, and final delivery while managing budgets, risks, quality, contracts, and stakeholder communications. The role oversees project managers and field operations, coordinates with vendors and clients, resolves technical and operational issues, and may travel as needed. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, OSHA 30 certification is preferred, and at least ten years of experience is required; construction experience is preferred.
