Description
The Sr. Project Manager will own the design, timeline, scope, budget, vendor management, installation, commissioning, validation, and optimization of large, complex warehouse automation and packaging capital projects. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and other workstreams; supports PLC, HMI, process-control, labeling, and scanning hardware integration; and leads plant fit-out design. It requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in packaging machinery, mechanical systems design, or high-speed manufacturing, with PMO and dairy experience preferred. The position is based in Coopersville, Michigan, reports to the Director of Engineering, Packaging and Warehouse, requires up to 50% travel, and offers a base salary of $150,000–$185,000 USD.
