Description
Hermanson Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead one or more mechanical construction projects, manage project teams and budgets, coordinate with general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and customers, and support pre-bid, pre-construction, construction, closeout, and profitability activities. The role requires at least 10 years of project management experience, prior HVAC or mechanical construction experience, technical knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, and the ability to work on-site as project requirements dictate. The salary range is $120,000 to $160,000, with medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
