Description
Intuitive Surgical is seeking a senior product-program manager to lead complex product development programs for surgical systems, cameras, instruments, and accessories from conception through manufacturing stability. The role manages design projects, clinical studies, software and hardware, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration with product, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, quality, and other teams. Candidates need at least 6–8 years of experience developing and commercializing medical-device hardware and software, strong project-management and communication skills, and knowledge of engineering, product strategy, and business management.
