Neocol is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead Salesforce consulting engagements as the primary client contact. The role owns scope, schedule, budget, delivery, risks, issues, change orders, stakeholder expectations, and team accountability while supporting discovery, requirements gathering, change management, and user adoption. It requires 7+ years of Salesforce project management experience in a consulting capacity, familiarity with B2B and B2C customer lifecycles, waterfall and agile methodologies, and strong communication skills.
