Description
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end UCaaS and CCaaS implementation projects focused on Zoom and RingCentral, coordinating engineers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, deployment and configuration, testing, customer engagement, risk and resource management, reporting, and tracking progress in SharePoint and CRM systems. The role requires at least three years of hands-on experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, or cloud communication solutions, along with expertise in the specified platforms and strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
