Description
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, quality, safety, client relationships, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, field operations, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation, while mentoring project managers and collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive project management experience in building envelope, curtain wall, glazing, or architectural facade construction, along with commercial project, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, contract administration, and construction software experience; OSHA 30 certification and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred or accepted as equivalent industry experience.
