STV is hiring a Senior Highway Project Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to lead and support the design and delivery of transportation projects for public agencies and other clients. The role manages roadway geometrics, models, cross sections, traffic control, signing, pavement marking, utility coordination, right-of-way plans, project schedules, budgets, specifications, estimates, technical reports, and engineering documentation, while providing technical guidance and mentoring engineers and designers. The position also supports client relationships, business development, proposal development, and industry engagement. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license, at least five years of project management experience, and at least 12 years of highway engineering and transportation design experience. The listed compensation range is $132,708.77 to $151,667.16, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
