Description

Syner-G is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects, including governance, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, construction coordination, commissioning, and facility turnover. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8–14 years of project engineering or project management experience, preferably in petrochemical, chemical, refining, or related industrial sectors. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Required Previous Experiences: 8–14 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical, refining, or related industrial sectors.
Experience managing major capital projects from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
Experience supervising and coordinating contractors across multiple disciplines.
Experience executing projects within active operating facilities.
Experience with commissioning and turnover of building systems.
Experience conducting site walks and developing solutions for field issues.
Experience leading daily planning meetings and documenting project activities.

Experience supporting project turnover, commissioning, qualification, or operational readiness documentation.
