Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Program Manager to manage programs from inception through completion, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, customer reviews, milestones, risk, resources, requirements, cash flow, and product configuration. The role requires translating technical requirements into executable plans, partnering with engineering leadership, and managing software development, systems integration, and technology maturation risks. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; a master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred, along with Defense Program Management or PMP certification. Five years of related experience is required, and experience in regulated or mission-critical domains is highly desirable.
