Description
Westport Construction is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and project teams, including multi-family construction. The role supervises Project Managers and Superintendents, manages contracts, schedules, procurement, payments, RFIs, change orders, quality control, inspections, close-out, permits, and owner and consultant relationships, while mentoring and reviewing project staff performance. The position requires at least 10 years of construction project management experience, including 5 years of multi-family construction experience, along with construction industry knowledge, OSHA and CPR/First-Aid certifications, a valid California driver’s license, and proficiency with construction project management software.
