Pepper Construction is hiring a Sr. Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion, safety, and financial outcomes of construction projects from initial budget through closeout. The role manages project budgets, subcontractor bidding and negotiations, scheduling, job-site coordination, cost forecasting, quality and safety, and project closeout, while mentoring less experienced project management staff and supporting the workplace market segment team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field and 10–15 years of project management experience; Pepper does not sponsor work visas.
