Oracle is hiring a Senior Project Manager for Project Delivery Management (PDM) to lead capital projects within its Real Estate & Facilities organization. The role oversees project planning, design, permitting, construction, delivery, governance, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and closeout for infrastructure, utility, office, laboratory, and other large-scale projects. It requires strong project management, financial, architectural, engineering, construction, and leadership capabilities, with a Bay Area work location and approximately 0–25% travel. The role offers a US hiring range of $49.18 to $100.72 per hour or $102,300 to $209,500 per annum, plus benefits.
