Description
The Construction Project Manager administers and executes construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders, payments, safety, quality, and relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role may participate in estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations and includes two progression levels based on project size and experience. It requires pre-construction project-management experience, a construction-related degree or equivalent training and experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and adherence to safety requirements. The disclosed salary range is $150,000-$220,000.
