Description
SSFM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure and community-focused projects across Hawaiʻi. The role oversees project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, compliance, stakeholder communication, team development, and post-project improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive project management experience, and strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk-management skills. PMP certification is preferred or required within six months of employment, and Hawaiʻi regulatory experience is preferred. The position offers $110,000 to $140,000 annually plus retirement contributions, bonuses, paid time off, professional development, and other benefits.
