Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to oversee reporting, time, cost, risk, and scope management for MEP projects, including shell and core and fit-out phases. The role coordinates consultants, contractors, the employer, and other stakeholders; manages procurement, design, construction, utilities, project controls, reporting, payments, and handover; and supports stakeholder presentations and customer information. Candidates need a degree in construction management, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a similar field, at least five years of experience with major data center projects and MEP coordination, project management expertise, familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6 or MS Office, strong leadership and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
