Description
Carmel Partners is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support the Regional Lead of Construction on the Marina Shores multifamily development in Long Beach. The role manages project budgets, schedules, job costs, approvals, change orders, inspections, vendor and contractor relationships, and stakeholder communication, while leading internal project engineers, project managers, and superintendents. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of construction or related experience, 7 years of multifamily construction project management experience, 7 years managing others, podium construction experience, Microsoft Project knowledge, OSHA 30-hour certification, and current First Aid and CPR training. Base compensation is $180,000 to $200,000, with a bonus incentive.
