Description
Citizens is hiring a Retail Designer to lead end-to-end design for branch projects, from due diligence and programming through construction documents and administration. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external consultants, translates customer insights into physical design solutions, manages construction documentation and quality, and drives multiple complex projects to completion. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design, or a related field, at least five years of relevant design experience, knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. The position is based in Johnston, Rhode Island or Westwood, Massachusetts, with four days in the office and one day remote.
