Orange Business is hiring a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead complex internal offer development programs and projects, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. The role also coaches Agile teams, facilitates Program Increment planning, removes delivery impediments, and supports transversal actions across Products and Marketing in Egypt. Candidates need prior Project Management and Scrum Master experience, leadership, telecommunications or IT sector experience, a Certified Scrum Master credential, problem-solving and customer-partnering abilities, and fluent English; French is a plus.
