Intuitive is hiring a Program Manager in Digital to lead cross-functional software delivery programs across its business units and shared services. The role manages products from requirements analysis and architectural design through software development, QA, deployment, and market rollout, while coordinating hardware and software engineering, clinical and regulatory schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need extensive program and project management experience, medical device development and commercialization experience, a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience or a master’s degree with at least 6 years, and strong communication and influence skills.
