Description
The Sr. Project Superintendent (PS) plans, coordinates, and supervises field and administrative operations for construction projects, including shop drawings, submittals, schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, costs, productivity, and profitability. The role works the second shift from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and related experience, and typically requires 10–15 years of experience for the first level or at least 15 years for the second level. The position may supervise one or more field superintendents and is responsible for project success and the development of quality and safety plans.
