The position analyzes operational challenges, develops data-driven solutions, documents process or material changes, and ensures compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. Candidates need experience leading complex manufacturing or engineering projects, cross-functional coordination, strong communication, and analytical problem-solving skills; experience with continuous improvement, manufacturing processes, regulated standards, or project-management software is preferred.
