Description
The Senior Proposal Solution Consultant manages assigned proposals from end to end, including creating Ombud workspaces, leading proposal components, coordinating strategy calls, collaborating with product partners and sales teams, and producing accurate, customized responses for HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management solutions. The role requires at least five years of WFM/HCM or payroll experience, proficiency with Ombud, Salesforce, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Concur, and other proposal tools, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently in US shift hours. The position requires working from the office five days per week during an initial six-month period.
