The role owns proposal workplans, content development, cross-functional coordination, quality and compliance checks, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of proposal processes. Candidates need 5–8+ years of progressive experience in proposal management, bid coordination, RFP development, commercial operations, healthcare, life sciences, or professional services, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with collaboration or CRM platforms. The position offers a base pay range of $99,100 to $132,100.
