Description
Sundt is hiring a Proposal Specialist to support pursuit and business development efforts across its Transportation, Industrial, Building, and Renewables operating groups. The role creates proposals, presentations, prequalification materials, and other pursuit deliverables; manages design, production, scheduling, and quality; supports content and data management; and develops consistent messaging and win strategies. The position requires 1–3 years of marketing or proposal experience in the A/E/C industry, strong writing and technical-communication skills, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently at a senior level.
