Description
Lucid is hiring a Test Technician to support automotive prototype vehicle development by preparing vehicles for test-track operations, monitoring safe on-track activities, coordinating vehicle movement and test scheduling, documenting test observations, executing durability, performance, thermal, charging, ride, handling, and validation tests, and collecting and analyzing telemetry and diagnostic data. The role reports to the Manager of Engineering Operations and requires strong attention to detail, a safety mindset, a clean MVR, and five years of driving experience. Preferred qualifications include prototype-vehicle testing, automotive diagnostics, EV validation, CAN tools, telemetry, and Microsoft Excel. The position offers $35–$48 USD per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
