Description
The Senior IT Testing Specialist provides leadership and technical guidance to test teams while creating test strategies, plans, cases, and deliverables. The role performs system, integration, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, usability, performance, and security testing; sets up test environments and data beds; executes automated and complex SQL tests; coordinates defects and user acceptance testing; and certifies applications for release. The position requires strong SDLC, STLC, testing, SQL, automation, and business-process knowledge, along with 5–8 years of professional IT experience and a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
