Description
The Senior QC Trainer trains quality-control employees and analysts on laboratory testing, sample preparation, instrumentation, safety, documentation, regulatory procedures, and quality systems. The role also mentors analysts, supports training administration and content development, tracks training metrics, assists with troubleshooting and quality investigations, and contributes to process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably chemistry or biochemistry, and at least eight years of analytical laboratory experience; previous technical-training experience is preferred. The position is based in a laboratory setting, may require extended hours and multiple shifts or locations, and offers an annual base pay range of $102,000 to $107,000.
