Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead quality assurance systems and business initiatives, manage ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, customer, supplier, and internal audits, track customer CSR requirements, support change management, and coordinate SQE, NPI, and quality improvement activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of manufacturing quality management experience, familiarity with quality tools and semiconductor or automotive electronics processes, and strong English communication skills.
