Reporting to the Quality Manager, the role serves as a customer-plant liaison, supports quality improvement and statistical methods, analyzes customer complaints and returns, conducts plant audits, develops testing and quality procedures, monitors manufacturing processes, and travels to customers and suppliers as needed. The position requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least six years of production or manufacturing quality experience, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
