Boston Scientific is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for its Electrophysiology Complaint Investigation Site in Cartago, Costa Rica. The role leads complex post-market complaint investigations, product performance assessments, root cause analysis, risk evaluations, and continuous improvement activities; mentors technical personnel; and collaborates with global R&D, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline and at least six years of relevant engineering, quality, product performance, complaint investigation, or post-market experience.
