Evergen is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Engineering Manager in Alachua, Florida. The role leads a cross-functional team, supervises the Quality Assurance Engineering team, manages performance and corrective actions, reviews quality KPIs and validations, supports regulatory submissions and product launches, and leads problem-solving and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least six years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry.
