LanceSoft is hiring a Quality Engineer to support post-market quality engineering in a highly regulated environment. The role covers product quality, regulatory compliance, complaint and field performance analysis, CAPA management, risk management, quality systems, audits, change control, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory affairs, R&D, operations, supplier quality, customer service, and other cross-functional teams. The position is based in Northridge, California and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline plus 4–10 years of quality engineering experience in a regulated industry.
