The role leads advanced product quality planning, welding and stamping quality systems, PPAP, die and gauge buyoffs, process controls, dimensional quality, audits, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement for new automotive launches. It also mentors quality engineers and coordinates cross-functional teams. The position requires significant metal-stamping and welding experience, with a preferred mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering degree and CQE or Six Sigma credentials.
