Description
The Sr. Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance and control processes for Lycoming Engines, develop and maintain AS9100 and FAA-compliant procedures, conduct root-cause analysis and audits, support product development and new-product introduction, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality, engineering, or procurement, and proficiency with advanced quality tools, quality management software, engineering drawings, GD&T, and statistical methods.
