TekniPlex is hiring a Sr. Quality Manager for its Ridgefield, New Jersey location to lead quality across multiple manufacturing sites within the Tekni-Plex Medtech Solutions business. The role manages the Quality Management System, ensures compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and FDA 21 CFR 820, leads quality initiatives and validations, drives process and product improvement, supports customer and regulatory audits, and develops quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of quality assurance management experience in the medical device industry, offers $117,000 to $150,000 annually, and requires on-site work five days per week with up to 25% travel.
