Evergen is hiring a Senior R&D Engineer for an onsite role in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The position owns technical execution for internal and contract regenerative medicine product development projects, including regulatory approval, medical device design controls, risk management, laboratory prototyping, experimentation, vendor coordination, and process scale-up. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least four years of medical device industry experience, and at least six years of engineering experience designing or modifying medical devices or implants. The salary range is $100,000-$130,000 annually, with a $13,000 annual bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
