Pointr is hiring a Sr. R&D Engineer for its Location team to improve the accuracy, responsiveness, and robustness of its indoor-outdoor positioning engine. The role covers algorithm research and implementation, sensor fusion, probabilistic estimation, applied geometry, offline validation, real-device testing, production C++ development, and field-issue diagnosis. Candidates should have at least six years of professional software engineering experience, strong knowledge of estimation and sensor fusion, applied mathematics, noisy sensor time-series work, and native iOS or Android development; prior C++ experience is preferred.
