Imperative Care is hiring a full-time, onsite Sr R&D Engineer, Sustaining in its Campbell, California offices, with some travel. The role leads and supports the design, lifecycle management, verification and validation, manufacturability, requirements, prototyping, and commercialization of endovascular products, while responding to field inquiries and investigating product failures. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of related experience in the medical device or regulated industry, and knowledge of product design, statistical analysis software, and CAD. The position offers a salary of $132,000 to $150,000 annually plus stock options, bonuses, a 401(k) plan, health benefits, paid time off, and parental leave.
