Description
ZelTech is seeking a Senior Radiation Physicist/Engineer to lead predictive analysis and radiation-effects modeling for microelectronics in space and terrestrial assets. The role develops and validates physics models for single-event effects, total ionizing dose, enhanced low-dose-rate sensitivity, and displacement damage; performs radiation-transport simulations; analyzes large datasets; and correlates predictive models with ground-test and empirical data. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, obtain a TS/SCI clearance, hold a master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, and have at least seven years of post-graduate professional or research experience.
